We are open to contributions from anybody, though standards are expected and any submissions which do need meet our expectations may be rejected or returned for editing.

Original, interesting, geeky content. Only original pieces will be considered, no syndicated pieces or press releases will be accepted for publication.

We accept ‘how to’ articles, lists, reviews, stories, information and opinion pieces and more. We do not accept native ads.

In particular we are currently seeking careers, dating, fitness, and esports articles.

We usually publish 3 times per week and have a queue, accepted posts may not go live for 2-4 weeks. Topical posts may be bumped to the top of the queue.

Articles should be at least 600-3000 words in length

Articles must be original work from the author and unique to Coaching for Geeks

Articles cannot contain any sales or self-promotion links. Your bio is the place for this.

Articles should contain at least 2 links out to sources of further information.

A biography and photo should be provided which can contain links to your social media presences and external sites. Please note these may be edited. If you’d like an example, ask.

Every picture tells a story and your story needs pictures. If you are able to provide images with your article, then they should be high quality and MUST be available for our use. Do not simply google image search as these will likely be under copywrite.

If you are not able to provide images then we will choose our own from our stock photo libraries.

Fill out this form with your pitch. We might need a few weeks to review and decide if it’s a good fit for Coaching for Geeks, and if successful you’ll hear from one of the team by email with the next steps.

We aim to contact everyone but if you haven’t heard back within 2 weeks, you probably haven’t been successful. Don’t let this put you off, you can always pitch again with a different piece.

Coaching for Geeks will retain full rights to any content accepted and published. I promise we won’t do anything nefarious with it, we just need to protect ourselves. Any rejected pieces will have ownership revert to the author.  Please note that all writing is unpaid.
