420 Special – Coach Austin on Fitness and CBD – Podcast 54

 

Happy 420! We’re a couple of days late but this episode of the Coaching for Geeks Show was recorded on the most baked day of the year, even beating out the day Mary Berry returns to our screens with the Great British Bake Off.

Coach Austin has been experimenting with Cannabidiol, or CBD. There are lots of claims out there that it will improve your recovery time, enable you to go harder in your workout, and help you handle anxiety and stress.

With CBD being legal in California, Coach Austin tried it out for 6 weeks to see what the benefits would be.
